Our ITS technology support provides a wide range of services through different teams and various resources. The ITS HelpDesk is the best option for students, faculty and staff to get help quickly and with multiple ways to connect to our services for technology answers – online chat or call 502-852-7997 for direct communication with an ITS specialist. Units and Departments can request services. Our Desktop Support team can provide full technology support on all university-owned computers, laptops and tablets.

Our teams of analysts work with units and departments to keep their systems and applications running efficiently. For individuals needing assistance with a production environment, please submit a ticket.

One-on-one Services

Our iTech Connect location on the lower level of the Miller Information Technology Center (MIITC) of Belknap Campus offers one-on-one, free support for technology to faculty, staff and students. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
