Our Mission
To empower the University of Louisville's research computing community by providing access to cutting-edge computing infrastructure, expert consultation and comprehensive training. We strive to accelerate research timelines and enable discoveries that would otherwise not be possible.

Our Computing and Storage Systems
Zurada
Our flagship high performance computing system designed for AI, parallel processing and data-intensive workflows. It is equipped with 43 Nvidia GPUs (a mix of H200s and H100s), >200 latest AMD multi-core processors, large-memory servers, a 5 PB parallel file system and a high-speed interconnect. LARCC
A high-throughput computing system equipped with 40 multi-core AMD and Intel CPUs, 20 Nvidia H100 GPUs and high-speed interconnects. The system can support small-scale, parallel processing in a variety of domains. See more information about system details, an access request form and userguide.
Big Data
An Nvidia V100 GPU-accelerated system tailored for big data processing and featuring a high-memory server that can be used for AI model training. There are more than 100 CPUs in the system and 10 GPUs. All servers have 1.5 TB or more of local storage. See more information about system details, an access request form and userguide.
CARDS
A secure, high-capacity storage system for data persistence (on LARCC), ensuring research data is safe, accessible and usable in near future. See more information about system details, an access request form and userguide.
