Residence Hall Front Desk Information

We offer 24/7 assistance for all of our residents via the front desk and RA on call.

Front Desk Services

Front desk services are available 24/7 at the desks of the following halls: Belknap Village North, Bettie Johnson Hall, Community Park, and Denny Crum Hall.

Front desk services are available from 12:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. in the following halls: Kurz Hall, Louisville Hall, Unitas Tower, University Pointe, University Tower Apartments.

Front desk services are available from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cardinal Towne and Billy Minardi Hall.

Area Desk Services

While front desk services have limited hours in some halls, residents may visit or call their hall's designated "area desk" in order to receive front desk support outside of their limited window.
