Accommodations and Rates
Traditional Style
Traditional style halls are located on the East side of campus, directly next to the Student Activities Center (SAC), and a short walk from the Student Recreation Center (SRC). These buildings have double occupancy rooms with community bathrooms on each floor. Community Kitchens are available in each hall on the first floor. Kitchen utensils and cookware are not included. Traditional style buildings offer convenient parking and dining options, along with large grassy areas.
Suite Style
Suite style halls are located on the West side of campus, minutes away from the Student Recreation Center. These buildings have one- and two-bedroom options with a jack-and-jill style bathroom. Community kitchens are provided in each building. Kitchen utensils and cookware are not included. Suite style buildings offer convenient parking and dining options along with large grassy areas.

Apartment Style
Apartment style halls are located on the West side of campus, right down the street from the Student Recreation Center. This type of building has one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom options, which can include a private bedroom and bathroom. Each apartment includes an in-unit kitchen and shared common space. Kitchen utensils and cookware are not included. In addition to its close proximity to the SRC, apartment-style buildings offer convenient parking and dining options, along with a “quad” that contains grills and a beach volleyball court.
Rental Spaces
Additional spaces are available for rent within the residential facilities. Clients can elect to pay $20.00 an hour for staffing if needed. Please note that room unlocks are only available twice a day (maximum), and staff must be notified in advance.

Are you staying on campus and want to reserve a space that is not located within a residence hall? Please reach out to your program coordinator or UHRE Camps and Conferences (conferencehousing@louisville.edu).
Linens are available for an extra charge of $30 per set for each person. Each linen set will include the following:
- Twin XL fitted sheet
- Twin XL flat sheet
- Blanket
- Shower towel
- Hand towel
- Washcloth
Lockouts are provided by our Conference Assistants (CA’s) 24 hours a day.
- The first three lockouts per conference group are free.
- Lockouts between 8:00am – 5:00pm are $10.00/each
- Lockouts between 5:00pm – 8:00am are $30.00/each.
Please anticipate waiting 15-30 minutes for CA to arrive to process the lockout.
Depending on building, participants may receive either keys or access cards to the building and rooms. The prices vary based on the building and set of keys distributed. Key charges will be assessed upon checkout.
