Application Information
- The Summer 2025 Housing Application will available in Cards Nest starting March 1, 2025 at 10 AM and will remain open throughout the summer.
- Summer housing will be offered in University Tower Apartments, one of our apartment-style residence halls.

| 3/17/2025 | 9:00 AM | Priority deadline for all Summer students | All Summers who would like to participate in Priority General Room Selection must complete the housing application by 9:00 a.m. Applications completed after the deadline will have to wait until non-priority room selection opens on March 27. |
| 3/21/2025 | 5:00 PM | Email date/time to access Room Selection | All Summer students will receive a date and time when to select their space. |
| 3/24/2025 | 9:00 AM | Priority Room Selection for Summer Begins | All Summer students who completed their application before 3/17 at 9:00 AM can select a space. |
| 3/26/2025 | 9:00 AM | Priority Room Selection for Summer Ends | All Summer students who completed their application before 3/17 at 9:00 AM can select a space until 9:00 a.m. Students who do not assign themselves before the deadline will be added to Non-Priority General Room Selection for picking a bedspace. |

Important Summer Dates and Move-In/Out Information
Please note that the move-in dates for Summer Term I and Full Summer Term pertain only to non-residents. For any current Spring 2025 resident who has a Summer Term I or Full Summer Term assignment, you may be able remain in your spring assignment until we contact you via your UofL email that your summer space is ready. Once you are notified of your transition date into your new summer assignment, you must be able to move at that time.
- Summer Term I: May 5, 2025 - May 23, 2025
- Summer Term I Move-In: May 4, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM
- Summer Term I Move-Out: 24 hours after last final or May 24, 2025 by 10:00 AM
- Summer Term II: May 27, 2025 - July 1, 2025
- Summer Term II Move-In: May 26, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM
- Summer Term II Move-Out: 24 hours after last final or July 2, 2025 by 10:00 AM
- Summer Term III: July 7, 2025- August 8, 2025
- Summer Term III Move-In: July 6, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM
- Summer Term III Move-Out: 24 hours after last final or August 9, 2025 by 10:00 AM
- Summer Speed Term: May 12, 2025 - July 26, 2025
- Summer Speed Term Move-In: May 11, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM
- Summer Speed Term Move-Out: 24 hours after last final or July 27, 2025 by 10:00 AM
