Frequently Asked Questions
Traditional: Twin XL bed, two movable storage units, desk, chair, clothes hanging rack.
Suite: Twin XL bed, dresser, closet, desk, chair, in-room sink, mirror, micro-fridge, and microwave.
Apartment: Twin XL bed, desk/chair, dresser, closet, full kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, and microwave.
Each attendee is encouraged to bring their own linens and toiletries, including bedding, pillows, towels, soap, and shampoo.
Linen rental packages may be purchased in advance. Each linen set includes a Twin XL flat sheet, fitted sheet, blanket, shower towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Pillow/pillowcases are not included, and toiletries are not provided.
Yes! Most halls have meeting space available to reserve for a fee. For information regarding pricing, please refer to the “Rental Spaces” section on the Accommodation and Rates tab.
If your group is not affiliated with the university, proof of liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance) is required and must be submitted to conference staff by the guarantee meeting.
If you are an individual (intern), proof of renters insurance is required.
Check-ins occur between 3-6 pm on the designated check-in date and residence hall. If your group needs to check in outside of the check-in window, your request may be approved in advance at an additional cost.
If guests check in individually and arrive after regular hours; they may be eligible to check in at our designated 24-hour service desk in Belknap Village North.
