Anyone with a UofL login may sign in to search and view course syllabi. Additional permission is required to upload on behalf of others, run reports, or create batch downloads.

Guides and video walkthroughs explain how to upload, search, download, navigate syllabi, and generate reports using Concourse.

Alumni, former students, and visitors may request course syllabi, course descriptions, and archived academic materials by emailing the Office of the Registrar at regoff@louisville.edu.

Faculty and staff who need additional access, such as uploading on behalf of others, creating batch downloads, or running compliance reports, must receive approval from a senior administrator in their unit and submit a permissions access request.
