The College of Education and Human Development's Ed.D. in P-12 Administration aims to develop ethical, reflective leaders dedicated to enhancing K-12 student success. Graduates gain expertise in applying research to elementary and secondary schools, addressing educational leadership challenges at school and district levels, and improving outcomes in low-performing schools. Doctoral students work with faculty to tackle tough issues, strengthening their skills to lead effectively and support organizational improvement. This program prepares leaders to create positive change in education.

The EdD in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development (ELOD) develops and supports a community of ethical, reflective, and scholarly activists who will improve the success of K-12 students. Graduates are educational leaders at the school, district, state, and national levels. They may also work in related organizations (education cooperatives or education associations) as well as in higher education.
