First-Time Freshmen
First-time college students enrolling after high school graduation who have never enrolled in college after graduating from high school.
Transfer Students
Students who attended a college other than UofL (not including dual credit completed during high school).
Adult Students
Students who have not previously attended a college or university after high school graduation, and graduated high school more than two years ago or are age 20 or older.
Returning Students
Students previously enrolled in a degree-seeking program who are returning to UofL.
Online Program Students
Undergraduate students who are enrolling in a program offered fully online.
Non-Degree Seeking Students
Students enrolling at UofL as a college visitor, post-baccalaureate, dual credit, continuing studies, or are seeking a certificate.
International Students
First-year or transfer students with citizenship outside the United States.
